Elin Reitan

Elin is a RYT Vinyasa yoga teacher trained and certified through the Atman yoga school. During this teacher training she also learnt the basics of Yoga Nidra, the sister science of yoga. Elin is also a certified Restore and Yoga Nidra teacher, trained at the same school.

Elins first encounter with yoga was with the discipline of ashtanga yoga in 2000, when she attended her first Ashtanga class. But it was not until attending her first vinyasa yoga class in 2016 she started a daily vinyasa practice.

Elin is known for her dynamic and creative flows, with focus on smooth transitions, meant to make her students feel a deeper connection between breath and movement.

She has for many years worked as a journalist and is currently combining her love for teaching yoga with a job in publishing. Elin loves to write, and she worked as a journalist for many years. She has also written a book (Hvordan få mer ut av pengene dine) on how you can improve your financial situation with the help of some easy tips and tricks.

Vinyasa yoga er en dynamisk yogaform må du forberede deg på å svette på matta under en slik time. Timene tilpasses ofte slik at både nybegynnere og viderekomne kan delta i samme klasse.
